Smothered to death by kisses. We layed down together to take a nap.(unusual but wonderful) He started viciously attacking my cheeks with kisses then he moved to my forehead then a big smackeroo right on the lips. What a lovely way to say goodnight!

Summer Highlights!

Okay so I'm guilty! Ive been blog-lazy lately! But we're here and doing great! and busy as ever! We've had a really good summer lots of fun hopefully with more to come! (3 year anniversary is coming up next month and hubby better have something grand planned I put him totally in charge this year!)

So some recent things are.... Ammon started again at the CDC and is doing great! He's in the big boy class now and really has a lot of fun! I go peek on him whenever I can. He's so funny he definately is starting to have a little two year old attitude, bryan was hugging me the other day and he came up and said no, mama mine! lol it was adorable!

My work schedule has been really good and has worked out so well.... wake up at 4:30 and rush to work by 5:15... work till 11:45 then go work out! YESS finally i have some time to get my self back to you know like pre pregnancy shape plus better!! and i've been meeting up with my dad to workout so its been really great! I come home exhausted and have been super sore this week but it feels so good!

Bryan is busy as ever with summer school but this is his last week hallelujah! I'm so proud of him, he's on the Presidents Honor Roll yeah I know! lol. He's great. Going fishing tomorrow and hanging out at the park! (did i mention i hate this midwest heat!! ew!)

I have to admit life was easier when I didnt have a precious little baby thats somehow turning into a... big boy that I want to spend every minute of everyday with... or a wonderful hubby I want to be with when he gets home from work! Ugh.. I'm only working tuesday thursday right now but my bosses are reallyyy presurring me to work more... which means I would put Ammon back in daycare which isnt horrible but I definately dont want him there 8 hours a day... max 5! But I still feel so torn. They're deciding if they are going to give me a shift from 5:15 AM (yeah i know) to 11:45 am... which would actually work out great cause then I'd still be with Ammon most of the day! I'm crossing my fingers.

On another note... I am kinda having baby-fever! Dont tell Bryan but really I dont know if I can wait for a-whole-nother year to get pregnant even! Then another ten months on top of that! Really... We'll see. (refer to picture on top to understand my fervor!)

I have a lot on my mind right now. Thanks for listening.

New Hair!

We've been having a blast with tyson and sydney here.... sadly no pics... yet i keep forgeting but with Syd's moral support I did get my haircut today. After about 10 years of long hair I needed a change! By the way this is like SHORT for me. Just saying. So heres a little look at my new cut! I like it but it just takes some getting use to! Happy Easter! We had a wonderful and very simple Easter this year. Maybe next year Ammon will start to notice the extra stuff on holidays like easter egg hunts and presents and such but for now its nice that he still doesnt care! lol. I did have to get him a little Easter outfit which was adorable. For some reason he only wanted to sit to have his picture take so.... oh well.

We're looking forward to summer getting here and going on fun adventures! Ammons been going potty on his little potty chair every now and then this last week and its been pretty funny. A new adventure again! Yesterday he had a little accident though pretty gross I wont give details!

We loved conference this weekend and loved playing kickball with the family! Havent done that for awhile! Happy monday everyone!

Welcome Spring!

It was a beautiful day today! We went and did a little shopping at legends with my mom! Then when bryan got home we went to the park and played and went walking! I love being together... but Ammon got his first little skinned knee, he was brave about it I think I was more sad than he was but here it is.... okay I guess it doesnt look that bad on here.. it was worse in real life! lol

We've been shopping for bikes and we're just gonna go with pretty much the cheapest we can find but thats okay i'm just excited for some bike rides! We even got Ammon a little seat to go on the back which make me a little nervous but I know he'll love it and the reviews were pretty good... I hope!
We had a photo shop with our little big man this weekend and he just looked so cute! (he's been having some tantrums that are not so cute though...hopefully those wont last too long!)

So we had a wonderful weekend!

Friday night our dear friends Alaina and Roland and Milo and Oliver came to visit us at our house! They drove all the way down from her mom's house (about 45 min away) AND they brought dinner and desert! I felt like such a shmuck! But we had so much fun and I love seeing them so thanks for coming! If only we had had more time and they werent moving in June...:(we'll add North Carolina on our list of places to visit!)

THEN on Saturday we went to a baptism which was so sweet, I love baptisms! Afterwards there was a huge BBQ at our friends, the Matinas house. And oh my goodness they are such good cooks! They food was amazing! It was good to see friends over there! and Ammon had a blast playing in the mud and seeing the chickens! lol. Then I got to go on a date with my love and it's been so long so it was really so much fun to just be the two of us again for a few hours! We love our baby but sometimes we need to feel young and carefree again! lol.

I finally found out what is going on and why i keep getting these horrible headaches... its muscle tension headaches.... which is a relief to me cause I was getting a little worried! So pretty much I need to find something to release my stress! Which means more date nights! yay! heres some fun pictures from our weekend! Plus my baby drinking his yummy green smoothie!!!

Right now I'm just sitting here remembering how I got nicely chastised by my sister-in-law to update my blog more often! lol so I am.

Right now... Ammon is obessed with watching movies, his favorite are Kung fu Panda, Brother Bear and Tarzan.... He begs me to watch movies pretty much all day I do give in sometimes but I dont want to rot his brain!

Right now... Ammon is also obessed with shoes or my socks or anything "cool" he can wear on his little feet. I'm afraid he's already starting a shoe obsession (passed down from his dad AND his uncle Tyson!)

Grandma Lucille came to visit a couple weeks ago! We loved seeing her and Ammon had so much fun with his GG!

Another right now.... Can I just say how lucky I am to have the best husband ever! I love him so much. I've been so lame lately well actually sick so pretty much everything has fallen to him! Grocery shopping, making dinners, taking care of Ammon and ME! on top of his school and work! Hopefully I can start feeling better soon and take back my responsibilties but for now I just feel grateful I have him by my side! (and no I'm not pregnant so don't even think it!)

Ah so we're finally hopefully getting over all of us being sick! Bryan and I were talking today and Ammon totally seems like a little boy now... he's not my baby anymore!... Which means I need another one! lol someday.... In the meantime I will focus on being healthier! (Syd i need your help lol) AND I really want to start our food storage! I just dont know where to start so I will definately be looking into that!

My mom had a biopsy this week because she has a lump on her thyroid... but good news! It came back benign so we're so grateful for that! She's so strong and I'm so glad that we can be here living so close to them!

Why is life so CRAZY!

Well.. the past two weeks have been pretty challenging on our little family! The past two weeks i had to work full time to do my training and it was crazy!! My poor baby didnt know what to do with himself with mommy gone all day! Luckily Bryan hadnt started school yet so Ammon stayed with daddy the first week and then the second week he split time between grandma and ..... daycare! ah. He's not a fan and honestly niether am I! (pretty sad since I'm working there!) I told my supervisor that I wouldnt be able to work as much as I thought so I'll be starting out working two days a week which hopefully both of us can handle!

Other than that we're finally getting settled into our new place! YAY! We're having fun and Ammon is such a little character now! I swear he learns and does cool new things every day. Last week he started doing this funny little walk.....

JOB

I think I got the job I was waiting to hear about! I went in today for a background check and they said that I have the job unless something comes back on my record! (i don't know of anything!) So it should work out! I should be able to start on Jan 7 which gives us enough time to unpack and get settled! I feel very blessed and I know that Heavenly Father is watching out for us...

We are going to Kansas city today to eat at PF Changs (mmmmM my fav) and maybe take Ammon to go see Santa. It should be fun! Good Day!

HA Six Months Later!

Well if looks like time got away from me! Good thing I have my good friend Alaina to get me back with it!! Since it's been so long! Here's 5 recent things that have happened with the Walters Family!
1. Living in Lansing Kansas. (not really recent since July)

2. Soon to be living in Leavenworth Kansas, yes we're getting our own little place! (moving in on saturday! your all welcome to help ha!) I'm so excited to have all of our stuff again! I feel like I get 2 Christmas's this year!

3. Bryan finished his first semester being a full time student with a 4.0! Good job honey! (he's thinking about going to KU and getting his 4 year... thatd be awesome!)

4. I might be getting a job at the Child Development Center on Fort Leavenworth! (i find out on monday) I have mixed emotions about it but overall I feel really good. I think Ammon will have a blast and I guess I can be the sugar mama for while! lol

5. Ammons such a sweet little one year old. Actually he's pretty big! but perfect! He had a blast playing with his buddies Milo and Oliver this past weekend! AND he got to come home to a new dog at grandma and grandpas house! He's not sure what to think about it yet but I think he's a little jealous that he doesnt have ALL the attention anymore!

We're all doing great and life is moving on pretty well! A little stressful at times but that's what its all about! Hopefully Bryan will be starting the nursing program within a year! I cant wait to buy a house and have a backyard and live somewhere permanent! So excited for Christmas Ammons going to have a blast! Okay this has been a little bit random and all over the place! So far.... I'm not very good at keeping up with this...i'll get beter! hopefully! So we got back from texas which was so fun! So now we're just waiting for Bryan's orders to come so that we can get stuff rolling! We really want to leave the end of this month but now I'm afraid it won't be till June.... so we'll see!? The military always ruins our plans!! lol..... So Ammon had his 6 month birthday yesterday!! I couldnt believe it.... its already gone way too fast and it makes me sad!... He seems like such a big boy already! So his new trick is army crawling! Its so cute... he's still trying to figure it out and its so funny.. you can totally see his little brain working so fast! So yesterday was he made his first little mess.... he crawled over to the movie stand and started pulling out all the movies on the shelf.... i was so surprised it made us laugh... i'm in for now i guess!! Thanks Lexi for introducing me to the blogging world! we're in san antonio but we're leaving tomorrow... thank goodness!! ammons been sleeping horribly! We had lots of fun though... went to the riverwalk and spent the weekend with torry and lexi...so fun. The point for coming out here was for bryan's medical court case... which we didnt even go to but oh well it was still a fun trip that the military paid for! lol. So we're sticking with the 20% disibility and we'll hopefully be leaving washington for kansas around the end of may! Crazy changes happening but hopefully everything will work out! This blogging thing seems to be fun! lol. I feel so in with the cool people now! HAHA........... oh and by the way how do I add/look for people on this thing?
